Refresh is a premier salon and barbershop serving Washington University in St. Louis, conveniently located near 18 undergraduate residencies. We only hire high-quality licensed professionals throughout the Greater St Louis Area who do all types of hair styling and grooming services including haircuts, buzzcuts, blow-outs, coloring, waxing and threading, styling and more.
